I thought 'how cute, she's pretending to be on the phone'. She must have been all of 4 years of age. But when I looked around I could not see a parent attached to her - who did she belong to? I continued walking towards and past her, watching her and then a man walked up to her and said something and I thought 'that's her dad but it wasn't obvious he was nearby'. Not sure where he came from and in fairness, he may have had an eye on her, but to me that wasn't obvious at all. She definitely appeared to be on her own for at least a couple of minutes.
