Hi Debbie,

Thanks for the comment! No worries about not feeling like you can jump at this point. Get out, get moving and break a sweat--that's all I ask ;-) . Everything I did in that video can be modified down (or up) to suit just about anyone's needs. In the step up, for instance, just choose a lower step. And when I am seen jogging--just walk fast!
To answer your question about dips: It's always best to speak to your doctor about your specific question, but in general, dips should not be a problem for someone with rods/screws in their back. They're hard if you don't have a lot of upper body strength, but they should not affect the integrity of your back and the repairs that were done.
Keep on keepin' on!

Becky :-)

P.S. I have another vacation workout in the works.....stay tuned....

Far out Becky, I'll need to lose a few pounds before I could even begin jumping up & down like that! lol LOVED how you managed to make the most of what was available around you, very clever!

BTW--Are 'dips' ok, for someone who has a rod/screws in back?

Good job, Becky. It's fun to get someone else's ideas for interval training.
